On Sunday evening March 17, Southdale will welcome soloist Mitchel Jon for a special concert beginning at 6:00 pm. The concert will be free, and a love offering will be taken to support Mitchel’s ministry.
The former co-owner and lead singer for the trio Three Bridges, Mitchel has had a long career in Christian music. As a songwriter, he has written songs recorded by artists such as N-Harmony, Chosen Few, Jessica King among others. As a singer, he has shared the stage with music legends such as George Jones, Lee Greenwood, Jimmy Fortune, The Oakridge Boys, The Gatlin Brothers and Ricky Scaggs. He has also performed with Bill Gaither and the Homecoming friends.
